Thank You

I just wanted to finally take a moment and thank all my friends and family for your love and support through my fathers passing. It was a surprise. I am doing good, I think it is starting to hit me more now that the holiday activities are slowing down I have a little more time on my hands to think. Once again I have learned another valuable lesson through the loss of a loved one. It's been a hard year losing so many loved ones for all of us. I am so thankful that I have the Gospel in my life to help with the heartache. Our Savior is my inspiration and I know that I will see my loved ones again if I can try to live better each and every day. Don't go a day without telling your friends and family how much you love them (I did) now I have to live with the guilt of my stubbornness. Now I pray that I can remember the lesson that I have been taught. You will never know how much your prayers and thoughts will be remembered. Thanks again I love you all.

Thanksgiving

We had such a great Thanksgiving. We were so glad to have Jed, Nicole and the kids with us. My Mom was great, she brought most of dinner with her and it is a good thing since I was sick in bed on Thanksgiving day. Thank you to Mom, Nicole, and Teesha for making things happen.
I am so Thankful for Friends and Family that support us and show love and kindness always. I am thankful for a husband that honors his priesthood and his family. How thankful I am to have the gospel in my life to comfort me and my family through these difficult times in our country.
I hope that I can reach out to someone and help them through this Holiday season and remember Christ in all that I do, always. I love all of you and miss you.

Happy Halloween

Kayla and Brock fell asleep before we even got started. It is amazing how easy it is to wake your kid up and keep them happy when you tell them they get to go get candy and then they start seeing it actually getting dropped in their bag!! We went to the little mall here in town and then the Church Wards had a party that we finished up with. It was a beautiful night, not even cold. We didn't have to get all bundle up in coats, so you could actually see the kids in their costumes. It was a fun night.

Colorado Camping

I FINALLY finished reading the Twilight series. My family is glad to have me back along with my home and the laundry and the dishes and all the other duties I have! While I was so enthralled in the book my little Kayla picked up some of the habits now she wants to read a book all the time. I guess this is a good thing! Now I have to remember, I took the time to read, now I get to read to her. Now it easier to get her to lay down for a nap though. After I got done reading it she had to hold it.

Cupcakes

These are Jessica's Creepy Crawly Bugs
cupcakes that she made for her class party today.
She had fun making them this morning before school. She actually did the cupcakes last night. She is getting to get to be a good cook. As long as she reads the directions right she does a good job!She is alot of fun to have around.

He his getting pretty good at it. He has now learned how to stand up
